He already knew the car I was interested in, had me take it for a drive and made the rest pretty painless. Thanks to Tom's recommendation I financed a portion of the payment which helped me a lot. Tom answered my questions (e-mail, telephone & text) promptly and had the car ready to go when I came in to sign the papers. I feel he gave me a great deal and went above and beyond to make sure I got everything I wanted. This wasn't my first "new" car buying experience but it was by far the best! More

I also searched Kelly Blue Book and Edmunds for pricing on the CR-V and the Honda Accord I intended to trade-in so I had comparative information by which to judge the offers. Burne's price was the best. Lori Trygar, Tom Richardson and Sean McGuire are a great team -- very professional, personable and easy to deal with. They went out of their way to understand and meet my expectations and in fact they exceeded them. More
