Excellent service department - Tom is extremely knowledgeable and always takes care of us! We recently had service done on our Toureg which we’ve had since the kids were little - We wanted to take knowledgeable and always takes care of us! We recently had service done on our Toureg which we’ve had since the kids were little - We wanted to take it to Tucson where we recently found a home, and Tom helped guide us on what the needed. We then needed a car in Denver and Markus, Xavier, Dan, and Tom made it so easy - They are all very good at their jobs!! Fun fact: I am worried about having a black car bc it seems like it will be hard to keep clean with all the weather changes we get in Denver, so as soon as I had decided that the Taos would be too small, we made space to put the beautiful new Tiguan in the garage - As part of our plan to find a place in Tucson we downsized in Denver, and since the move the garage has been stuffed with odds and ends that needed organizing, but with the new car I was motivated to clear out the garage and now I’m all set to keep it out of the elements! That said, Dan Horvath has been the opposite and an error on his end has been a huge cluster with finalizing my lease buyout. been good to work with.
