If it wasn’t for the fact that Jacob is a very nice young man, who I believe was working with me to meet my requirements, I would have left your premises. After giving me an offer, in writing, your finance man, who I believe was working with me to meet my requirements, I would have left your premises. After giving me an offer, in writing, your finance department tried to modify terms to 75 months for same monthly payment previously quoted for 72 months. In the end, they adjusted payments back to 72 months for about $10 more a month. If not for fact that I had already spent a considerable amount of time, and for Jacob’s efforts I would have gone back to your competitor. Additionally, the windshield required replacement. After setting a time for your subcontractor to come to your premises to replace window, I sat for 2 hrs and they were a no show. Rescheduled for following week at my home, and they showed up with wrong windshield! Jacob managed to finally get them to show at my home with correct windshield. Jacob is entirely responsible for my filling through with purchase. More
