Hi, my name is Tom Sneddon. I was born and raised in Marysville, Washington. I started selling cars August 20th, 2012 at Dwayne Lane's Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, in Everett, Washington. I had great mentors that taught me the right way to do it. I have been a Finance Manager, Desk Manager, and General Sales Manager. I moved to Arizona in 2021 and worked at VAN BUICK GMC CHEVROLET for the last 4.5 years commuting from Gold Canyon to North Scottsdale. The commute and hours started to wear me down, so I went back to my roots and started at Henry Brown which is a generational family-owned dealership. I've been married to my lovely Wife Kelsey for 8 years; been together for 13 years; we have two beautiful Children Brooklyn (11) and Bennett (9). We have a Frenchie named Koa. I love to play golf and spend time with my family. I'm a DIE-HARD Seattle Sports fan, GO HAWKS, GO MARINERS, GO DAWGS, and GO SONICS!!!! Would not recommend this dealership! Traded in a 2026, wouldn’t remove unnecessary added mark ups on the contract, and wasted two days of our time to only remove two hundred dollars! We Traded in a 2026, wouldn’t remove unnecessary added mark ups on the contract, and wasted two days of our time to only remove two hundred dollars! We were hustled, family dealership, yeah right. One of the owners/sons watched the entire deal being conducted denied that the dealership was being able to capitalize on the trade-in! In two days was never even brought over a water bottle lol 😂 despite hours negotiating, and the car sold as I told them with less than 96 hours. The original title was in the finance department’s hand within 48 to 96 hours after the transaction the remaining balance of the check a month later has still not been sent out. The finance manager took the check from us incorrectly, filled out the wrong VIN putting the trade in VIN and not the purchase Vehicle VIN and on the check. They continue to delay the process for the payoff of the training, not responding to phone calls, emails randomly, and no returned phone calls. It’s a simple fix! My background is irrelevant, however Marines do not operate this way it’s unsatisfactory! We will not be recommending any of the thousands of Marines that come through every 3 to 4 months that are consistently rotating and looking for what you dealership offers, of which we have heavy influence on! We have a direct impact on their decisions, and will be shopping elsewhere. Specifically where former active duty Marines are currently working at neighboring dealership’s both close and 2-3 hundred miles away! Not being facetious, almost 2 decades of great reviews from the dealership, highly disappointed from the outcome, what else has been fabricated! Buyer’s beware!!! More
