Tom started selling cars and been with Koons Ford since Feb. 2010 and then he got promoted to Sales Manager in January, 2012. Before Koons Ford, he worked for Gold?s Gym for five years, where he took advantage of a Crossfit Lvl 1. Personal Training Certification. He has been driving or riding shotgun in a Ford since the day he was born! He learned to drive in a 5spd ?96 Mustang GT. So the first vehicle that he ever bought was a brand new ?07 5spd Mustang GT. Recently, he become a member of the Ford Fusion family! He has found that the transparency and making sure everyone is on the same page throughout the purchase process is the best way to make sure everything goes perfectly! She picked up my vehicle from another Koons dealership in Silver Spring MD and it wa New experience with this Dealer. My salesperson Danaj was 5 star. She picked up my vehicle from another Koons dealership in Silver Spring MD and it was ready for pickup the following day. She took time to explain every feature on the car and even offer to come to my home if needed for further explanation. I would buy from them in the future. More

Awesome buying experience My husband & I dealt with Jordan, and we couldn't be more pleased with the whole buying experience. Great Buying Experience I worked with Pete Dixon on the purchase of a new truck. He was very helpful, patient and answered all my questions or passed me off to the right individual in the dealership to get the answer. He was very professional and took as much time as we needed to understand how to operate the vehicle before we left the lot. He is a real gem. The management including Mark Rogers and Tom Snyder were easily accessible when I had a specific question. Overall everyone I worked with at the dealership was upfront, transparent and very pleasant. I have never experienced this type of great service before and would definitely consider making the 3 1/2 hour drive again to purchase another vehicle because their prices are awesome. More

When my local dealer was unable to produce a vehicle in a reasonable time period, I had to search for a vehicle on my own. I located one that satisfied my needs 250 miles away from home at Koons Ford. Reluctant to travel so far, I decided to look up their reviews on this site and was pleased at what I've read, so I decided to give them an opportunity to work with me. Job well done. I was really dreading the car shopping process, but Casey was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and along with sales manager Tom Snyder, the process was simple and stress free. In the end I got a beautiful new truck for the payment I was looking for and they were even willing to throw in a few extras the truck didn't have but I was hoping for. I would definitely recommend Koons Ford and Casey Groop to anyone looking for a new car. More

Delayed purchase I had ordered a Transit Connect from a local dealer on Feb. 10th - The van came in on Sept 18th - That's right , 7 months later. Stuck at the Port of I had ordered a Transit Connect from a local dealer on Feb. 10th - The van came in on Sept 18th - That's right , 7 months later. Stuck at the Port of Baltimore for 4 months. Anyway, the dealer said they would make concessions and get me extra money because of the delay. They gave me the price, I thought they could do better and they said they couldn't. Went to Koons and got a more expensive version for a lower price. One day deal. I shouldn't have waited but I did. 2nd truck purchase from Koons in 4 years. I should have just dealt with Koons from the beginning. More
