This rating is long overdue. I have been doing business with Flemington BMW since 2002 and have purchased or lease three X5’s and one X3 that my daughter had purchased. The sales team lead by Ed Kiley, St with Flemington BMW since 2002 and have purchased or lease three X5’s and one X3 that my daughter had purchased. The sales team lead by Ed Kiley, Steve D’Argenio, Scott Smith, Tom Terrill and Howard Fromm are great. Flemington BMW has a family oriented atmosphere with very friendly helpful and genuinely nice people. I have dealt with Tom Terrill who is the quintessential sales person that spent the time to go over every detail when we pick up our new X5’s and worked closely with Steve D’Argenio and Ed Kiley to get me the best deals on all my X5’s. When my daughter was looking for a CPO X3, Scott Smith actually took the X3 home for the weekend so my daughter who works on Saturday could test drive the car on Sunday. Scott Smith took care of my daughter’s first buying experience as if she was his daughter. From one Dad to another thank you Scott! However after the sale, I deal with probably the best Service Advisor who is Bill Wiedmuller. Bill always makes it easy to get my X5 in for maintenance and will even pick up my X5, drop off a loaner and then drop off my X5 after the maintenance is complete perfectly as usual. My BMW always come back to me spotless. Bill Wiedmuller sets the bar for high quality customer service! I purchased my 2002 BMW 3 series from Flemington BMW and returned to purchase my new 2011 BMW 328 X Drive at Flemington. Tom Terrill was my salesman and I cannot say enough about him. He was polite, patient and caring in every way possible. He made the purchase enjoyable and answered any questions I had. There was no time limit on how much time he spent with me and did not rush me in any way. When it came to picking up my car, he was as pleasant as always and so thorough with going over the new car with me. He spent a considerable amount of time with me and went over all the options in the car. I never had a salesman in all my years of buying cars who could stand up to Tom Terrill. After bringing the car home, I had additional questions, and he did not hesitate at all to answer anything I was not sure of. I feel Flemington BMW is proud to have such a fantastic salesman as Tom. This is our fourth new vehicle leased from Flemington BMW, and the second with Gerry Vaughn. We found the dealership to be exemplary and porgressive with a very comprehensive team approach. From start to finish, Gerry spent an inordinate amount of time with us, explaining all of the new features of the vehicle, particularly the new state-of-the arts technology. On one occasion, when I stopped by to take a test drive, Gerry was unavailable;however, Tom Terrill accompanied me. I was most impressed with his patience, honesty and integrity as well as his willingness to answer all of my queries. The entire process at the dealership, from choosing the vehicle to the final delivery was totally awesome and stress-free. At no point, did I feel pressured to make a hasty decision. My husband and I have repeatedly found the staff to be very friendly, professional. knowledgeable and committed to the client. I love my new 2012 BMW X3. It was delivered to me in impeccable condition. Gerry, patiently went through all of the contents of the owner's manual. He spent a great deal of time on all of the new technology such as the navigation system, back-up camera and the entertainment features of the sound system. I was amazed at his patience, honesty, competency and ease with which he explained and operated the various sytems. For someone like me, who is "technologically challenged", this was exactly the approach I needed to understand the workings of the car. In closing, I'd like to also commend the service department. Throughout the years, service appointments have alway been scheduled around my convenience and availablity and the service was completed in a timely fashion. Moreover, whenever, I'd drop in for a minor issue such as having the tire pressure checked during seasonal weather changes or to have a light bulb replaced, the service team, particularly, Jim Hierl addressed my needs immediately. The waiting area is very attractive and inviting with all of the state-of-the art conveniences. I would recommend Flemington BMW and their accomplished and dedicated team without reservation. More

I basically purchased this car sight unseen, something I never thought I would do. But I was impressed with the ad online, it was exactly what I was looking for, and I read dozens of reviews on the dealersh never thought I would do. They patiently answered all of my questions about the car. We drove four hours to pick it up and I was in awe at Flemington BMW's entire facility. State of the art, immaculate, huge and extremely well organized. I signed all the paperwork with Tom and Gerry went over the car with me. Cindy made a point to find me and say hello. A real nice touch. This was a most pleasant experience and I highly recommend giving them a try. Well worth the ride. More
