Tom and his managers were able to set up a deal that another dealer (one we had bought 3 BMWs, 2 new one used, thinking we were preferred customers as they would state) would not address. The last used another dealer (one we had bought 3 BMWs, 2 new one used, thinking we were preferred customers as they would state) would not address. The last used CPO 328IX vehicle we bought from the other dealer was not ideal and resulted in a rather large upside down situation after only 7 months of ownership. We did not mind paying the other dealer about 2k over the norm for the other vehicle since we thought we had always been treated right on are previous two new purchases. But when it was time to address reducing down to 2 cars thus trading in 2 to go to 1 new one...our original dealer balked at it. Tom, when I explained what we were trying to accomplish was able to address the trade-ins and setup a deal up. We were trading in a 2011 550i and a 2008 328Ix for either a 535IX, or 550IX. We ended up with getting treated extremely well and given a good explanation of what we were looking at for the transaction. They found that we could fit into exactly what we wanted within 50-100 dollars of our target. Thus that day we purchased a 2012 BMW 550i XDrive with the Msport package. Flemington BMW will have our future business and maintenance as well. I will pass around recommendations of this dealership without hesitation. They took care of us when a dealership we bought 3 BMWs in 11 months from would not. They have earned our patronage. More

I had a great experience with Tom Terrill and Flemington BMW, and it is one of my two best experiences visiting a dealership overall in my life. I found online a 1-year old used BMW at Flemington BMW that BMW, and it is one of my two best experiences visiting a dealership overall in my life. I found online a 1-year old used BMW at Flemington BMW that I liked and went to take a look at it. The car looked great, drove great, and had a very good price/mileage. I came back a few days later and decided to buy it. Tom Terrill was the representative who helped me through the process. Tom is very knowledgeable about BMWs and gave good detailed answers to all my questions about the car, including about an issue listed in the Carfax, before I decided to get it. Compared to many other dealer visits, there was no pressure AT ALL(!) to buy this or any other car. After completing the purchase Tom took his time for 1 hour after the dealership was already closed to describe the car features to me. It was extremely helpful to me to get started. This made my experience truly remarkable! I have driven the car for 2 weeks and so far everything is great. I definitely strongly recommend Tom and Flemington BMW to get a car from. More

I went back to Flemington to purchase another Porsche Cayenne but wait was too long and the price too high. I stopped into BMW to test drive the X5 and was very impressed with the vehicle. I had a 5 seri Cayenne but wait was too long and the price too high. I stopped into BMW to test drive the X5 and was very impressed with the vehicle. I had a 5 series years ago and was very happy with the car. The following week I met with Tom Terrill who worked out the options, and we agreed on the price. Three weeks later I had the car Tom was very patient in going over the features of the car and explaining warrenty etc. My daughter is interested in a x5 and I will reccomend Tom and your dealership More

Even though I may test the waters for other makes and models, I end up returning to Flemington BMW to find Tom prepared as always to respond to any questions. He is always up to date with information ab models, I end up returning to Flemington BMW to find Tom prepared as always to respond to any questions. He is always up to date with information about the whole BMW line, pricing, and features, as well as what might lie on the horizon (eg, expected model and/or price changes). Tom’s high level of competency, professionalism, and customer service remain key factors in my decision-making process. I recently leased my second vehicle from Flemington BMW and can say that I’ve been completely satisfied as was my friend, who was very pleased with my recommendation to shop there. The car was again delivered in immaculate condition and Tom followed up to check whether any after purchase issues or questions arose. The facility and staff really stand out from the crowd. More

Flemington BMW is an excellent dealership with superb management and a top flight staff in sales and service. The beautifully designed building serves as a platform for an very able sales staff. He knows his product and knows his customers. When I walked in to look at the 535i, he knew exactly what I wanted and walked me through the process leading to an order. He frequently follows up with the customer, keeping him informed of the progress of the order right up to delivery. I couldn't be more enthusistic about the service supplied by the staff. Howard Fomm did an excellent job of explaining the financial process and making clear all the elements of the lease. He was also helpful because he drives a 535i. All in all my experience with Flemington BMW was superb. I can't imagine a better delership. More

Following my son's example, I bought my first BMW used, and it is by far the best car I have ever owned. Even though it did not originate at Flemington BMW, their service team has been suberb, and they hav and it is by far the best car I have ever owned. Even though it did not originate at Flemington BMW, their service team has been suberb, and they have treated me like I bought every car I have ever owned from them. When my wife decided that she needed a new car, we wanted to buy a BMW, but she could not make a decision as to model or style, new or certified pre-owned. Tom worked with us for nearly three years, patiently walking through every option available to us from model to model, SUV to coupe. He never pressured us into making a decision that we were not comfortable with, and always had our best interests in mind. Even though we were in the habit of unexpectedly dropping by the dealership to see what was on the lot, Tom never made us feel like we were taking up his time. Even if he was busy with another customer, he made the time to say helow, and ensured that we were taken care of my another member of the Flemington BMW sales team. When we finally decided on a new 2011 335xi, it turned out to be my Christmas gift for my wife. Tom made sure our delivery was a momentus occasion, and spent an enormous amount of time explaining all the features of this fantastic car to my wife. She is pleased as can be, and I am looking forward to making another BMW addition to our family in the near future. More
