Technician found blown fuse on trailer harness sub-asse Appointment promptly made to troubleshoot trailer hitch harness assembly on 2018 Honda Pilot. Technician found blown fuse on trailer harness sub-assembly fuse panel located in storage well at back of vehicle (I had no idea there was a fuse panel there). Technician made a point to show me exactly where the fuse panel was located near the jack assembly in the back of the vehicle so that I could quickly replace the fuse in the future if necessary. Always there for me when I need you! My 1996 Odyssey has never been anywhere else for service, except Big-O tires. I was in for a free rotation and they pointed out I had major rack and My 1996 Odyssey has never been anywhere else for service, except Big-O tires. I was in for a free rotation and they pointed out I had major rack and pinion problems. A quick call to Tom Urbina resulted in my having Jeff at Arrowhead check it out. My new service adviser is now Mike King.. Van checked on a Wednesday and back in all day Thursday with everything done plus some extras, an oil change and a beautiful clean van to drive home. The whole staff fully appreciates how important my van is to me. I will drive it proudly until I can no longer drive. Thank you!!! More
