Made appointment that was convenient for me and when I arrived was met by Arrowhead Honda service advisor. While waiting for service on my car enjoyed coffee and donut, while reading paper. My Honda was returned with work efficiently done in a timely manner, car washed and service advisor provided inspection checklist which was conveniently emailed to my phone. Always looks out for their customers I bought my 2010 CR-V (new) at Arrowhead. While some may scorn using a dealership for maintenance and repair, I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere el I bought my 2010 CR-V (new) at Arrowhead. While some may scorn using a dealership for maintenance and repair, I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else other than a dealership. And specifically, to Arrowhead. I trust them completely to maintain my car to the highest standards, to thoroughly explain issues to me, and ensure their work is of the highest level. When I needed another vehicle a few years ago, headed immediately to Arrowhead who had the perfect used 2009 Element. It also has received the same excellent maintenance and care as the CR-V. I haven't been disappointed, ever, with Arrowhead. Excellent service advisors are welcoming, knowledgeable; absolutely first-class. I've been a happy customer since 2009, and highly recommend Arrowhead. More
