Emergency flat Tom is amazing! Moved to AZ 8 months ago and brought my accord in. He has been maintaing it very well, each time delivering EXCELLENT customer service Tom is amazing! Today I woke up, had a flat , called the dealership and came to see Tom! He fit me in- i purchased tires from him back in August. While I was waiting at least 5 different employees asked me if I had been helped. Super friendly and efficent. And I live in PV and drive all the way to Peoria because its first class service! LOVE Tom ! More

Best Service Advisor to work with!!! Tom always thoroughly and attentively listens to my vehicle problems and professionally solves them without costing me too much. Tom is not pushy, but Tom always thoroughly and attentively listens to my vehicle problems and professionally solves them without costing me too much. Tom is not pushy, but firmly recommends to fix what needs to be fixed now. He actually cares about my car and my well being by providing me with a loaner vehicle, whenever my car has to stay overnight for repair. I will recommend Tom to anybody who has vehicle service needs. I have being buying Honda Cars since 1998 and i have never worked with an Advisor as great as Tom. Thank you Tom! More
