Given the current Covid situation both made leasing the car over the phone a smooth process without an hassle. I think this what impresses me the most about the dealership as they are straight forward, no games and gives you an honest appraisal and purchase price. I appreciate this and no high pressure! I will certainly recommend Tom to friends and at some point we will all met each other without masks! I also appreciated the follow up from Tom to ask if we had any questions after having the car for two days. Rick and Allison More

They were able to get me out of lease which was a 2018 Honda Civic Coupe LXP and into a 2020 Civic Sport Sedan a year and a half before my lease ended. It was an easy process and no xx. Keep in mind, I've leased 6 Hondas within the past 10 years at numerous dealerships in the North Shore/Boston. I can assure you, that I will ONLY purchase/lease from Hyannis Honda going forward. Thanks again, Mike and Tom! More

Honda Pilot Purchase I purchased a Honda Pilot from Hyannis Honda back in 2007. That vehicle served me well. So, when it was time to get a new car, I returned to Hyannis H I purchased a Honda Pilot from Hyannis Honda back in 2007. That vehicle served me well. So, when it was time to get a new car, I returned to Hyannis Honda. My 2007 Pilot was ten miles short of 267,000 miles, and twenty days short of thirteen years. I traded in my 2007 Pilot EX-L for a new 2020 Pilot EX-L. Tom Whalen did a great job and was patient with me throughout the whole process. He let me test drive a 2019 Passport and 2020 Pilot and a 2019 Passport, showed me different features in teach of these models, and gave me time, without pressure, to decide what I wanted to trade up to. I hads such great luck with my previous Pilot that i decided to go with the 2020 Pilot. The color combination I wanted wasn't on the lot, but they were able to track one down in a few days for me and have it ready. My experience with Jake Roberts, Senior Sales Rep/Business Manager, was a very positive one. He was very thorough, showed me my various financing options and warranty packages and was great to work with. He was knowledgeable, very personable and outrstanding to work with. He made the whole process of financing my car quick and painless. He handled the registration of my new vehicle and inspection for me and the whole pick up day process from paperwork to driving away was completed in less than three hours. Both Tom and Jake gave me their cell phone numbers and encouraged me to call anytime I had questions about driving my new car, as there are way more buttons and tech involved in my new Pilot compared to my trade in. I had a very positive experience from start to finish and would highly recommend the sales team at Hyannis Honda to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Jack Murphy Sandwich, MA More

Before I even arrived to make the purchase, I was able to collect a lot of useful information from their website and I was impressed with their keen attention to detail. When I met with my salesman personally, he was courteous and answered any question I had without hesitation. The paperwork was in order, and everything went according to plan. All in all, this is a very professional dealership to buy a vehicle and/or to take one in for scheduled maintenance. More

Fast, friendly, effecient, all encompassing I came in on a Tuesday at 12.30 as my last CRV (with 245,000 miles) was near the end. I talked with Tom Whalen. One of the things that is often oft I came in on a Tuesday at 12.30 as my last CRV (with 245,000 miles) was near the end. I talked with Tom Whalen. One of the things that is often oft putting in walking into a dealership is the 'pressure' to buy or 'upsell'. Tom did none of this. He listened to what I was interested in. He talked to me about several options, but respected my boundaries. (buying vs. leasing). The car I was interested in was no longer there (CRV's come and go fast!!), but he found another car that worked just as well (CRV, low mileage, under $19k). He had a list in front of him of all the cars that were available that day (including some at the Honda branch in Orleans) and let me peruse them, while he went to see what else may have come in that day. Yay! he found my dream car. I really wanted to have a car that day, and he and his team handled all the details and paperwork so my car was registered, inspected and insured before I left the loft at 3.30 pm. SO YES, I had a car within 3 hours!! Besides the sales team - I have been using the Hyannis Honda Service team for 16 years! They are absolutely the best and a main reason I came back to buy another Honda. More

The car sold itself I was considering a smaller Honda when my lease was up in September. Being from a difficult to reach island, I stopped at my dealership 3 months earl I was considering a smaller Honda when my lease was up in September. Being from a difficult to reach island, I stopped at my dealership 3 months early because I had my car off island (a twice yearly occurrence) and wanted to test drive its replacement possibilities, as well as get new lease options explained. With a new salesman, I found myself quickly under contract for my next car and arranging to turn in the old one/collect the new just days later. This meant I could still use my return reservation and not have to hassle with the added expense of another ferry ticket. Because the dealership had handled these exchanges so well the previous time, truly understanding the logistical challenges we islanders face, I expected all to go smoothly again. Unfortunately, my new salesman lacked experience and did not anticipate or schedule well to meet the challenges. Extra equipment ordered and paid for (roof rack and cargo carrier) were forgotten. He was able to grab the carrier from the store room at the last minute but I had to leave without the rack. A week later, I still have no idea when I will see it, or if I can actually install it myself. Also, the car came with plates, after some delay, but no inspection sticker. I waited in line on island for two hours to get it inspected and was told that the Hyannis Honda should have handled the inspection for me, but often sloughed their responsibility on one pretext or another. I like my new HRV fine, but it is a rougher ride than its predecessor, the CRV. I chose the HRV because the CRV got larger in the last 3 years, and that is not an advantage on an island with narrow streets and seasonal traffic/parking challenges. So while I used to be a rabid fan of both the CRV and the dealership where I got it, my enthusiasm is more tempered this time around. The car is good and meets my criteria; the dealership did a good job, but not a superlative one having the car ready when they said they would; my new salesman was polite and hardworking, but his learning curve contributed to difficulties I hadn’t expected. My review is basically positive but nuanced. More
