I purchased a 2026 Prius on September 30, 2025. It was time for my 6th month service. I received a text reminder, sent back some dates that I could come in, and received a text back with dates and It was time for my 6th month service. I was greeted when I entered the maintenance area and was quickly checked in. The waiting area was clean and comfortable and my first maintenance took about an hour.
