Michael Mykytey was the lead sales person I worked with and was professional and courteous from the start. This car purchasing experience completely trumped any preconcevied notions I had. I was offered and was professional and courteous from the start. This car purchasing experience completely trumped any preconcevied notions I had. I was offered a reasonable price for my 2008 Honda Accord in exchange for a used 2011 Ford Explorer. I have nothing but great things to say about every touch point I had from Michael to Neil Avellino the preowned manager to Tony Siciliano in credit/finance, Andres Cadena in Finance and ultimately being personally thanked for my business by Tom Zvon the GM. I'm excited to be driving American, Ford, hi-tech and innovative SUV and am proud of the purchasing experience I had at Ford! Way to go Ford! More

I had shown interest online for a Ford Edge and Barry was ready to help. Constant communication with helpful tips and working with my wife and I to find the right car was his highest priority. Barry got me ready to help. Constant communication with helpful tips and working with my wife and I to find the right car was his highest priority. Barry got me out of my current financed car with equity and in three days we walked out with a brand new Edge. He also took about 30 minutes to explain every piece of technology in the car to me so I was very comfortable before I drove off. Tony was very helpful with the contract and financials of the deal. We went into his back office and he explained every detail I would have had a question on before I could even ask. Tom came and introduced himself, handed me his card and said if there was anything he could do and Barry wasn't available to call him directly. I don't think I'll need to find another dealership anytime soon. More

Barry is the best. Very responsive, a pleasure to deal with. I was not really focused on buying a new car, and only wanted to do so on the right terms. I had a good experience at this dealership. Everyone from sales persons to management made sure I was 100% satisfied with my Purchase. My sales person Lena Spagnuolo was great to deal with, she explained eve sales persons to management made sure I was 100% satisfied with my Purchase. My sales person Lena Spagnuolo was great to deal with, she explained everything I needed to know from the paperwork to every function of my new vehicle, although we just met she made it seem like I knew her for years... Thanks Lena. I also like to thank Ed Dickan, Parts Manager who was very helpful to me. I purchase a 2014 Ford Explorer Sport and I love it. This afternoon I purchased a new 2013 Ford Explorer at Stamford Ford. In addition to the overall pleasant, yes pleasant, experience of purchasing a new car, two things occurred that exhibited the honesty Stamford Ford. In addition to the overall pleasant, yes pleasant, experience of purchasing a new car, two things occurred that exhibited the honesty and integrity of this dealership. First, we had priced out and agreed to a price for a generic car. When it came time to review the price of the actual car we bought, the cost of the car had increased from Ford. Without hesitation, Tom Zvon said "we will absob the cost increase from Ford". It immediately elimiated a potential confrontation. But more importantly something happened over a relativley small amount of money, that I think truly showed the honesty of the people I was working with. In building the price of the car, an entry of $175 was included for plates. As a layman, I don't know what the costs from the State of Ct. for such a transation, so I accepted it. Later in our discussion, Tom stated he didn't realize I was transfering plates, and not secring new plates, thus the cost was $60 less. They could have gone forward with the original amount and taken the additional money, but they deducted the $60 immediately. These two events made me feel very secure that I was working with an honest dealership with the highest level of professionalism. Something not always found in car dealerships. Over the 45 years that I have purchased automobiles, I usually found the car buying process confrontational and unpleasant. This was a surprising change. I can only say, if you are leaning towards purchasing a Ford Motor Car, it behooves you to at least talk to the people at Stamford Ford. I hope this aids in someones car purchase. More
