I am very satisfied with Gates Nissan. They helped me get a loan when no other dealership could get me a loan. The sales consultant did everything and anything possible to work with our needs and get us to a a loan when no other dealership could get me a loan. Awesome experience! I have recently tried dealing with a different Nissan dealer and the experience was terrible, they weren't willing to even work with me and see what we could do to get me out of my lease different Nissan dealer and the experience was terrible, they weren't willing to even work with me and see what we could do to get me out of my lease. From the moment I walked into gates I was greeted by friendly and attentive sales people. It was an amazing experience to be at a car dealer and not feel pressured or feel like I was getting taken advantage of. It was also great to see the your sales people work so well together, I had started working with Tomas, but ended up finishing with Nate. He never once treated me like I was anything less than 100% his customer. You don't see that much today in a competitive sales industry. Thank you for a great experience, and I will be referring friends to you, and I will feel very comfortable and confident doing so. More

The three of us worked through a problem I had with an expection of a GMC "Jack" cover box behind the seats. I'm sure they will remember! The pair demonstrated the lengths they would go to to address my concerns. GMC regional and internal service department resources were brought to bear until I had a full understanding of the facts surrounding the absence of "Jack" cover. It wasn't easy but the three of us worked through the issue without losing our cool. While disappointed that GMC has removed the "Jack" cover box on the Sierra reg cabs, I am impressed with the time and effort Thomas and Eric spent with me to address my issue! More

Everything was straight forward. Tomas Gates gave me choices of communication on the purchase of the car. I chose email and he gave me a quote that was close to what I was willing to pay.
