Great experience!! I am very pleased with the the service done on my car. Ryan Murray was very helpful and kind and took care of every detail on the car. Not so routine oil change I scheduled my oil change online and received a confirmation. However,upon arrival their systems didn't show my appointment. But Mr. But kart set up my with a quick and well done oil change with no hassle. It was a great experience overall! More

Crown Hyudai service NEVER disappoints! I own two Hyundais and therefore have to be at Crown Hyundai a few times for normal service. Service performance We were driving from Ontario to St Petersburg when the Check Engine light on our Santa Fe came on on a weekend. We called Crown on the Monday and were We were driving from Ontario to St Petersburg when the Check Engine light on our Santa Fe came on on a weekend. We called Crown on the Monday and were transferred to Tomm Burkhart. He was most understanding and took us in the next day. The problem was located and remedied on an interim basis until we could get back to our dealer at home. . Throughout the entire thee hours that we are at Crown Tomm kept us informed and up to date on the repairs on the car. As well he provided us with reassurance that if the light came on again we should be assured that we could make it home without trouble. We were most grateful to Tomm for making a difficult situation much more palatable. More

Tomm Burkart knows his stuff Tomm renewed my faith in Crown. I will only deal with him in service and may also buy my next car at Crown due to him. I own one car bought from Cro Tomm renewed my faith in Crown. I will only deal with him in service and may also buy my next car at Crown due to him. I own one car bought from Crown Buick but I did not buy this car from Crown due to very bad sales help. I am interested in getting another car/suv in the near future for my wife and than me and Crown will be in the game due to Tomm's help. More

Thanks Tomm Burkart I had to take in my car in for service. I had trouble starting the car, did not know whether I needed a new battery or whatever else it could be. I I had to take in my car in for service. I had trouble starting the car, did not know whether I needed a new battery or whatever else it could be. I did not have an appointment, however, when I saw Tomm Burkart's friendly smile I knew I was in good hands. He took all the information and then offered me coffee and or water and assured me that my car would be fixed. What a nice young man. Shortly afterwards he told me that it was indeed the battery and in a timely manner my car was fixed and ready for me to keep my appointments for the day. I even got a free car wash! The next time I have trouble with my car I will only go to Tomm Burkart as my service advisor. I found him to be quite knowledgeable, polite, courteous and quite efficient. He certainly is an asset to Crown. Thank you Crown and Tomm for a great experience, More

Above and beyond what I expected My 1 1/2 year old 2013 Veloster had it's first issue. The speaker on the driver side door was making a rattling sound, I called and made an appt for 9 My 1 1/2 year old 2013 Veloster had it's first issue. The speaker on the driver side door was making a rattling sound, I called and made an appt for 9:40am on Saturday. I got their early and was expecting to wait, I figured I would look around until my service time. Instead, Tomm Burkart my Service Adviser reviewed my issue and my car was off to be fixed. Tomm told me it might take a while since getting to the speaker is quite a job. About 2 1/2 hrs later, Tomm found me gave me my keys and said speaker was fixed (Cone had detached from speaker and needed to be glued back on) Tomm apologized several times for the long wait time (No long in my opinion) . After I got home and read the details of the repair I noticed that it said that all the speakers were repaired. I called Tomm and he said that they applied a glue fix to all the speakers front and back to be sure that the other speakers would not have the same problem in the future. They could have just fixed the one, but they went the extra mile to insure that all the speakers would not have the same issue. Have to say that Crown is a class act. Highly recommend More

First let me start off by saying every single employee of hyundai spoke to me, offered my water coffee. Mr. Burkart is an exceptional agent he told me other things that my vehicle would need in the future without me feeling like I needed the service done right away. I felt like with Mr. Burkart there was no pressure at all, but at the same time making me aware of future repairs. A lot of people feel bad vibes when it comes to dealerships, but hyundai is an a exception to the rule. They make you feel comfortable and i like that. Mr. Burkart by far is one of the best in the business, thanks a lot. More
