While Justin Blevins has always been a pleasure to work with in the past 4 vehicles I have bought from him and Mel Hambelton ford I can honestly say I have felt taken advantage by the sales managers. I thought they were really there to help give me the best deals as being a repeat customer that has not been the case. After doing research on the all of the vehicles that I have bought from them. I realized I could have gotten a much better deal from a few other local dealerships. Yes it’s my fault for trusting them to take care of me for always being a repeat customer but hard lesson learned that they were indeed not being the friend that they were portraying to be. Not Justin. But the sales managers. Justin has always been great to work with. More

After driving hours to purchase a vehicle, we were mislead and lied to the entire time regarding incentives and the deal they’d do for us.. What’s messed up is that Stan Bogdan a manager here could ca mislead and lied to the entire time regarding incentives and the deal they’d do for us.. What’s messed up is that Stan Bogdan a manager here could care less about his customers. He too mislead us and lied to us, didn’t do anything that was promised. Avoid this dealership and this person by all costs. I have filed all sorts of complaints on these people. To ford bbb and local ag office. I learned my lesson. More
