Jamel was extremely helpful. Everything was so last minute with me considering my situation but he made sure to get me in something before the day was over. If anyone needs a car I’d definitely recomme minute with me considering my situation but he made sure to get me in something before the day was over. Do NOT go here! Salesman, Tommy Daher was rude! When I asked about all cash buy (other dealers offered all cash discounts) he said "We don't WANT your cash, we WANT the interest from your loan". I was the asked about all cash buy (other dealers offered all cash discounts) he said "We don't WANT your cash, we WANT the interest from your loan". I was there Friday, 2/28 for over 3 hours. I brought $15,000 CASH, I know what I wanted. They had me waiting near 2hrs then FINALLY give me a monthly amount on a loan THAT INCLUDED a warranty I never asked for! When I asked what my payment without would be & interest rate TOMMY SAID HE DIDN'T KNOW!! 30 minutes later he comes back w/payment minus warranty and interest rate. I decided to take the truck home, do research on the "FIRST MILE" warranty. Then finance manager Richard Martin comes out and asked "what issue I had with the numbers". I told him I just wanted to do research, drive the truck home (which other dealers offered me a weekend) and come to a decision. Mr. Martin THEN tells me if I come on Saturday I'll have to wait 5-6 HOURS. I left $5,000 and drove home. The truck needed alignment which they said couldn't be done till Monday so Saturday I called/spoke to a claimed manager named Gordon who, after I told of the bad experience to this point and said I'd prefer come back on Monday and do all at once being 20 miles away said it had to be done by last day of month BUT he would have me in/out in 20 minutes and set up with a different finance manager, have it detailed a second time with alignment on Monday and fill it up. I came back Saturday and brought my 2 special needs kids w/Downs Syndrome. I ended up there almost 3 HRS, still had to deal with same Richard Martin finance guy who calls me to office telling me after I declined warranty I could have it for same monthly cost quoted night before WITHOUT warranty because he got better rate. When I asked what that was without it was $70 less and near 5% LOWER which I said I would take. He was miffed then handed me Missouri Registration WHEN I TOLD THEM MULTIPLE TIMES REGISTRATION NEED BE OREGON WHERE I HAVE A VALID LICENCE I SHOWED THEM ON FRIDAY (for both loan & test drive they of course saw my licence!). I take come here to help my dad w/stage 3 cancer. Richard Martin said lender, Santander Consumer USA in Ft. Worth WOULDN'T FINANCE IF NOT IN MISSOURI! I told him Oregon reg was a deal breaker, tore up the Missouri reg and said FIX IT OR GIVE ME MY $5,000! 20 minutes later he has Oregon DMV paperwork, took the other $10,000 cash ($15,000 total), had me sign the usual and out the door I go. Sunday, 3/1 I discover the LOCK button on one of the FOD remotes didn't work. I called Tommy Daher who said "he wouldn't do anything about it, not his problem" so I reached out to who (I was told was owners son and general manager of all dealers PHILLIP DEAN. He did intervene and a locksmith is ordering a new one and bringing to my home to program. When I stated my wife was bringing the truck for alignment with both VIN inspection and DMV Fees Richard Martin was rude, said WE had to take care of mailing DMV papers wouldn't give them, said were at their Volkswagon dealer across the street. Phillip Dean told me they had to go to a dept there to confirm loan funding. Then was told that Santander Consumer USA financing worked differently. I explained Oregon DMV would take 4-6 weeks and he said he would have it put to top and expedited. I called on Thursday 3/5 and transferred to Gen Manager of the Dean Hyundai who, when I explained I just wanted to get DMV paperwork sent in for reg & plates and only had a 1 month temp pass on truck and a week near gone Matt said "if I registered in MO like MOST buyers it wouldn't be a problem for me!". For THIS they charged a $199 admin fee! I've dealt with large & small MO dealers without issue. ALL THESE PARTIES SHOULD BE FIRED! More

Tom was a real pleasure to work with. I’ll just say that the entire transaction (start to finish) was easy peasy. I really had the feeling that I was in good hands. I purchased the Elantra that I knew was exactly what I was looking for. No qualms, no second guessing, no regrets. My hat is off to both Tom and the Dean Team.... More
