Buying the car was great. Getting in to service said vehicle to maintain their warranty is ridiculous. They do not do oil changes on the weekends. You can only go there to not void your warranty. Then y vehicle to maintain their warranty is ridiculous. They do not do oil changes on the weekends. You can only go there to not void your warranty. Then your supposed to schedule your appointment at least a week in advance. This is an ongoing issue we have had since February when we bought our car. We will never buy for this dealership again. Its almost impossible for people who work to schedule maintenance as you almost always have to take off work but cant guarantee your mileage usage so then you'll have to keep track of several numbers to not void your warranty. More

Pleasant Experience Buying a New Car I just purchased a 2019 Tucson from Tommy Daher at Dean Team Hyundai. He was high on the customer service scale and low on the sales pressure. He plea I just purchased a 2019 Tucson from Tommy Daher at Dean Team Hyundai. He was high on the customer service scale and low on the sales pressure. He pleasantly fulfilled my every request. I had a terrible experience with a salesman at a SoCo Toyota dealership the previous week. That negative experience helped me to appreciate my interaction with Tommy Daher. Tommy was professional, fun, knowledgeable about the vehicles, and I am happy I bought a car from both him and the Dean Team dealership. Just want to add: it was raining that day and Tommy took me to every car I wanted to see, no hesitation. Thank you Tommy! Additionally, Scott Varnum took care of me regarding financing and signing all the paperwork. He was super efficient, professional and personal. Bottom line: I love my new SUV and for the first time in my 61 years: I had a great experience buying a new car😎. More

Dirty tricks 1. Originally made contact on the vehicle Tuesday 6/25/19. Tommy the salesman had a baseball game to catch when I told him i could be there Wed 6/26/1 1. Originally made contact on the vehicle Tuesday 6/25/19. Tommy the salesman had a baseball game to catch when I told him i could be there Wed 6/26/19 after 6pm, during hours, after I got off of work. The next day I could make it was Friday 6/28. I had searched weeks for a vehicle to try on and wanted to limit the hard pulls on my credit. Their vehicle regardless of year had the options I wanted. I was ready to pursue a vehicle after weeks of searching. Tommy let me know it would be washed and ready. 2. Friday 6/29/19 I arrive and there is no parking and no place to turn around. You wind around inventory with little space and end up in a dead end nearly impossible to get out. Didnt start great. I finally parked the only place I could which wasnt even a spot and looked for the vehicle I wanted in the see of cars. A staff member asked if I could be helped and I gave Tommy's name. I found the vehicle in the lot on my own. 2. I walked around the vehicle and there was major scratches all down the passenger side. There was deep gashes in the front passenger side where there was exposed material. The inside was dirty as well. Dust and crumbs in interior. I was able to look for about one minute just the initial shock of the cosmetic damage and no effort. There was a sign in the window that it was sold for me. So someone looked at it. Nobody contacted me ahead of time so I could assess the damage or choose other options for 3 days. 3. Tommy greets me immediately after first look over and tells me they have a better car for me. Hoping it would be one matching the features. I was told we had to drive down the street to their storage lot. We drive a few miles down the road and he gets the vehicle. It's a nice vehicle but much lower in regards to the features. It's on the storage lot, saw me as a easy target. Classic bait and switch. 4. I take the test drive and I liked some things about it but it didnt have the features the others had but I was disappointed. Tommy started off patient and provided me some printouts of the different trims. I asked him what the prices were and wanted to see the differences. I was really just trying to find what I could settle on. Disappointed because the one I wanted was just used and abused as a loaner. 5. I hadn't ate all day and I knew what was happening with the bait and switch. I wanted to think about it at home. My whole plan changed. Then clearly Tommy was more aggressively agitated and told me "You cannot". Well unfortunately for him I saw him for what he was and thanked him for his time and walked out. I had the printouts of the information you can get online and told me I couldn't take those with me. Luckily I'm a composed person. Tommy was progressively getting agitated with my questions and he knew I was an educated buyer. In conclusion. I witnessed every single tactic used that triggers a consumers anxiety when purchasing a new vehicle. I found a better level version of the vehicle and didnt have to deal with a salesperson. I would avoid this one and go to a competitor because anything would be better than my experience with Dean Team Hyundai More

Second lease in a row through Dean Team. Couldn't be happier I drive past two other Hyundai dealerships on my way to Dean Team. They are honest and will give you a fair deal. When you walk around and look at their inventory, you will notice a lack of dealer stickers. You won't be forced to negotiate out of paying for things like paint sealant and pre-delivery inspection, nor will you be forced to negotiate out of paying for an overpriced dealership-installed pinstripe that you don't want anyway. The sales staff are knowledgeable about the products, and are straightforward with their negotiations. This time around, I worked with Tommy Daher. He first brought me an offer for a new Tucson that made me wonder if maybe the offer was for a Genesis. He shrugged it off and told me that yeah, it's ridiculous. Just give him another number that's more reasonable. He came back with a price that had me really nervous. It was a an amazingly low price, I kept waiting for the other shoe to drop. It never did. I was positive that the "yeah, but" would come in the finance office. I worked once again with Scott Varnum. And for the second time, I can tell you that there are no deal busters in the F&I office. No pressure to buy sun visor protection for only an extra $17 per month, or anything like that. Once again, I left Dean Team a very happy customer, and will be doing so again in 3 years. More
