The buying process was fine and the salesman was good to work with. However, the 2nd day of me driving my new car I ended up with a flat tire. Turns out the rim of the wheel was dented which was why I got a work with. However, the 2nd day of me driving my new car I ended up with a flat tire. Turns out the rim of the wheel was dented which was why I got a flat tire. I didn't hit any curbs or pot holes. I drove the car for less than 25 miles. The cost to fix the wheel is $800+ which is mentally deflating after buying a car. I called the salesman and manager and they told me I was "out of luck" and there was nothing they can do. This left a sour taste in my mouth and I won't buy from them ever again unfortunately. More

When we went in to just test drive a car our sales person "Tommy" was nice enough that he even researched another car that fit our liking better that I did not know about. We bought a 2023 Hyundai Palisade…. certified used car. Tommy was the first person we spoke to at Dean Team Hyundai, and he was great to work with.
