Me and my parents went to Dean Team Hyundai Dealership in Ballwin, MO to go look at one specific car for my first car. In the end we looked at 3 cars the last one was the car it was a used 2013 Audi Q5 that Ballwin, MO to go look at one specific car for my first car. In the end we looked at 3 cars the last one was the car it was a used 2013 Audi Q5 that was in our price range and our Sales Person Tommy Daher was very good with working with us on the service and purchasing on this car. Purchased my first vehicle on my own and the experience was less than desirable and will never purchase from Tommy D. again. I also have no intention on referring anyone. I thought I was in good hands cons was less than desirable and will never purchase from Tommy D. again. I also have no intention on referring anyone. I thought I was in good hands considering the number of accolades Tommy has received over the years but it was far from an award winning experience. He did execute on his deliverables but only after several phone calls and back and forth emails due to a lack of communication on his end with a partnering business. I had to coordinate the deliverable he promised. The communication was extremely poor, and he wasn’t personable or flexible at all. I wish the experience was different because I love the vehicle I purchased but it was a constant battle. More
