Purchased my first vehicle on my own and the experience was less than desirable and will never purchase from Tommy D. again. I also have no intention on referring anyone. I thought I was in good hands cons was less than desirable and will never purchase from Tommy D. again. I also have no intention on referring anyone. I thought I was in good hands considering the number of accolades Tommy has received over the years but it was far from an award winning experience. He did execute on his deliverables but only after several phone calls and back and forth emails due to a lack of communication on his end with a partnering business. I had to coordinate the deliverable he promised. The communication was extremely poor, and he wasn’t personable or flexible at all. I wish the experience was different because I love the vehicle I purchased but it was a constant battle. More
