I was promptly greeted as soon as I walked onto the lot. I was asked right away what I was looking for, and was shown those cars as well as other options that I had not considered. He was not pushy, and he took the time to make sure I was just as knowledgable about my choices as he was. I was taken care of right up until I left the lot (given water, being checked on as I waited, etc). Overall it was a great car experience for a first-time buyer. More

I am 71 years old, too old to traipse all over used car lots anymore. I've run accross some pretty abrasive used car salesmen! Tommy was nothing like the stereotype "used car salesman" you dread meeting when you walk into a dealership. he was always polite, very considerate of my time, never made me feel like I was a nuisance and I never felt like I needed a philadelphia lawyer to buy the car from him. More
