It was a unique experience because of Tommy's professionalism, his vast knowledge of Toyota vehicles, and made the whole process fast and easy. I purchased a Toyota the next week with Tommy as my salesman, and again, was completely safisfied with the car buying experience from start to finish. I enjoy the experience of not having to go to a finance dept to feel pressured or bullied into adding something to your purchase that isnt necessary. Its refreshing to have 1 person do the entire process from selecting a vehicle, test driving, sitting down at one desk going over numbers, completing the financing, then delivering you're vehicle and answering any questions over new features and demonstrating how they work. Tommy wasn't supposed to work until 1 but came in early just for me. Tommy Severado was amazing to work with, absolutely no pressure. My first car was just to get me where I was going. It wasn't exactly what I wanted. I had no time to be picky. But I did move back to Phoenix traded my car in yesterday. Tommy and I found my perfect 2016 Scion Hatchback. So adorable, so tiny and so me. Mostly amazing payment plan. I enjoyed Tommy's sales skill's immensely. He was very professional, friendly and not pushy. I rate him 1000 out of 100. I love my car and will definitely be referring friends & family there. Truly a wonderful experience! Oh by the way he called me to wish me Happy Birthday today. I forgot it was my birthday.
