I was looking for a new Ford Fusion for my girlfriend and agreed on a price at another dealer for a 2012 Fusion SE...however, Tommy Shelly at Brandon Ford was able to get us a loaded 2012 Fusion SEL and save agreed on a price at another dealer for a 2012 Fusion SE...however, Tommy Shelly at Brandon Ford was able to get us a loaded 2012 Fusion SEL and saved us a $1000. We liked Tommy so much, I decided to order a new 2013 Mustang GT. Tommy walked me thru the process and made everything easy from picking out the car to the financing! He was very laid back, relaxed, humorous and really just seemed to make my needs his priority. I never felt the pressure of a sale the way you normally feel. Even more importantly, since my purchase, I feel like I could email or call him with any questions and he would respond with the answer. That's also something I appreciate that we are still the customer and they are still there to assist us. More

Ford has a great product but it doesn't sell itself, it was the dealers employees that made the sale. I bought a new Ford F-150 XLT from Brandon Ford because of Tommy Shelly. He made me feel comfortable was the dealers employees that made the sale. I bought a new Ford F-150 XLT from Brandon Ford because of Tommy Shelly. He made me feel comfortable and let me control the conversation. I knew what I wanted in a truck but I did want to learn more about the EcoBoost engines. I was satisfied with his knowledge of the truck but his attention to really listen and meet my needs is what set him apart from the other guys. I did not need a sales person wearing me down and pushing a product down my throat. Some sales people can baffle you with knowledge but Tommy made it simple, stayed focused on my needs and made sure they were met. I traded another vehicle in and he handled that better than any another trade-in experience I have ever had. I told him what I financially needed for my trade-in and before I could tell him why he had it written up and ready to go. I remember catching myself asking him "so how much you giving me for my trade in?" he said "what you told me, its done". Wow, that was easy. After getting the deal done the dreaded "lets talk to finance" was next. I was pleasantly surprised how nice Toni Zamorano was. I expected a "sign here" and "now here", "read this", "sign here", but what I got was a very pleasant personable fiance manager who made the hard part of parting with my money easy. After working with her I actually felt great about the entire experience of buying a new Ford from Brandon Ford. I will be back for sure for my next Ford vehicle. Thanks again for making the sale easy and pleasant, the total experience was great. More
