Our Ford Explorer was almost 9 years old, so we began the dreaded process of buying a new vehicle. We checked out other vehicles, but found the 2012 Ford Explorer offered everything we wanted. Two other dealerships showed us Explorers, but neither seemed interested in selling. Rather than visit other dealerships, we turned to the Internet. In our search at www.Ford.com, we found the exact vehicle we wanted was at Brandon Ford. We sent an email to Brandon Ford, and quickly received a response from their Internet Sales Manager, Tommy Shelly. Thus began a very pleasant experience - which we did not expect - of buyig a new Explorer. Tommy Shelly was great to deal with - knowledgeable, patient, terrific sense of humor and a genuinely nice person. He is very knowledgeable of Ford vehicles, the pricing and the extras. He invited us to bring our vehicle to be appraised and made sure the appraiser was available. We were able to come to an agreement and purchased a beautiful Ingot Silver Metallic 2012 Ford Explorer XLT. Tommy Shelly made the whole process much more pleasant than any car purchase we have ever made. His great sense of humor made the whole experience very enjoyable. Brandon Ford is a very impressive dealership, not only does it have a beautiful and huge facility, everyone we met there had a very helpful attitude. One benefit which greatly impresses us is the classes Brandon Ford gives the fourth Wednesday evening of every month to teach new buyers all they need to know about the new Navigation Systems. Buyers may attend as many classes as they need. If you are lookig to buy a new vehicle, without the hassles everyone has experienced with other dealerships, we HIGHLY recommend Tommy Shelly and Brandon Ford. More

My husband and I recently bought a 2008 gmc sierra. Tommy was very helpful, answered all questions we had. Truck was very clean. We drove 2 hrs to see this truck and Tommy made it very easy and was not pushy was very helpful, answered all questions we had. Truck was very clean.
