Every time we were there when greeted by a sales person upon telling them we were there looking for someone else. They would personally walk us inside, open the door for us and find that sales person for us. Normally at other dealers the sales person would just say we can find them inside and look away. We bought a SUV clearly out of my wife’s and my league of technology knowledge. Our sales person Tommy Shelly spent a lot of time teaching us how to use it and work all the stuff this thing can do. That was the standout service that we needed. They will definitely have our future business. More

Worst buying experience ever. I have purchased car's from dealerships for 37 years and this is by far the worst buying experience ever. The sales staff lies repeatedly promising you one thing delivering on nothing. I purchased a new F-150 had it delivered out of state and the truck was never cleaned up inside or out. The first time I have got a new truck, promised by Tommy Shelly it would be serviced washed and waxed but received it as dirty as was left on the lot. Buyer be ware Tommy Shelly and Ricardo Liburd will lie I have proven them both wrong by emails. It seems they don" know what the word truth means. Also left calls to many times to count and they never return your call. This dealership is extremely rude and unhelpful. Also they will never let you talk to the General Manager concerning a problem. Sincerely Never Again. More

Tommy Shelley happened to walking by and asked if we needed some assistance. He was so low key that I was taken back. Thank him for asking and continued looking. Came back a couple of days later picked out our truck. Mr Shelley assisted us in every aspect to include precertified trucks and new. And if his professionalism wasn't enough he came in under budget. When does that happen at a dealership. I will not only come back to Brandon Ford but will recommend them to anyone who ask. More

What a wasted trip because no other dealer had the inventory of trucks as Brandon Ford. Then we fortunate enough to meet Shelly. He is a "no pressure" salesman and was an absolute pleasure to be around. It was like shopping with a friend instead of a guy just trying to sell a truck. He took the time, in the blistering heat, to explain the advantages of one truck over another until we found the one that my wife wanted. He made buying a truck an enjoyable experience instead of a burden. When it was time to drive off in the new truck, Shelly took the time to explain every option to my wife before she left. Shelly has earned my business for life and couldn't be recommended more to anyone who is looking to buy a Ford. More
