Terrible THE WORST SERVICE! they sold me a vehicle that knew was damaged, they lost the power of attorney and dont care to fix their mistake. The sales person has no interest in answering phone calls as he was witness to me giving the finance department and their hand the power of attorney. I keep taking the vehicle back so that it can be worked on but every time they say nothing is wrong with it when clearly there’s something wrong with the steering and with the shox of the vehicle. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership I will never recommend them to anybody. More

Additionally, as a predator lender, Koons tries to get as much money upfront as they can because their payment terms are so difficult to manage, they know it probably won’t be long before the car payments can't be made and the car is repossessed. Lastly, 'conscious' bias was evident in Luis Castillo & Kay from Finance - where two "high school" graduates are pontificating on Virginia laws & "educating" working professionals about credit worthiness. The net net - AVOID AT ALL COST, especially if you're an IMMIGRANT, a group they prey on. More

True Customer Satisfaction! I went in to look at a used Highlander, I purchased one...drove it around for 6 days and wasn't totally happy. Thought maybe I could have gotten a car with less miles but still at a great price. Contacted Josh, he said to come on by, take a look, no questions asked. Went by and received a full credit and left with a car I'm very happy with. Josh brought up several things that made me think and ultimately make my decision. Riad was very helpful. Tonci was like a kindred spirit, we hit it right off, and he made the paperwork process much more bearable. What other car company offers this kind of protection, guarantee, and personal service? More
