We were in the Sales room longer than suspected. Proof of insurance provided and over an hour later we were requested to provide a more up to date document. There was another document requested after we had done nothing for an hour...I forgot which. My being asked to enter information into the compupter myself took longer than if the sales agent had entered as I provided detail, numbers. The details of the extended warranty were not clear, but thankfully I had reviewed ahead.
Great attention from Mo Hashem.

He was extremely communicative from the moment I contacted the dealer about the car. He had the car waiting for me when I arrived at the dealership an hour before it closed, and stayed with me during the following 3 hours while I completed the purchase -- Tonsi was also excellent to work with and very patient even though it was very late at that point and we all wanted to go home! .
Before coming to Koons I had very disappointing experiences during the car shopping process, I was so happy to meet Than and receive such EXTRAORDINARY customer service. I will be sure to reach out to Than in the next couple of years when I expect to purchase another vehicle.

Incompetent, disorganized and dishonest. The latest in a
series of screw-ups -- they charged me to register the vehicle they sold me in Vermont, where I live. Then they forgot to register it. That was two m
series of screw-ups -- they charged me to register the vehicle they sold me in Vermont, where I live. Then they forgot to register it. That was two months ago. Now they tell me they won't refund the money paid, including sales taxes, unless I provide impossible to get documentation.
When I bought the car, I offered full price. They then added $2400 in bogus fees. When I pointed out that that was dishonest and probably illegal, they reduce the fees to $900.
Then they lost one of the two keys that came with the car. To get a replacement, they told me I had to drive 4 hours. I ended up making a deal with the dealer's locksmith to get two extra pairs and pay for one of them.
Everything that should be simple is difficult. Nothing is what it seems to be with these people.
