Poor and disappointed with service! I have trusted Curry Honda for many years servicing my cars even though I do not own Honda cars! I brought my Toyota RAVA-4 after trying to jump but accidently lines cros Honda for many years servicing my cars even though I do not own Honda cars! I brought my Toyota RAVA-4 after trying to jump but accidently lines crossed and I knew some fuses blew. I brought in the car because some light were on and blower motor for heat was not working which I mentioned to Jevon. So I was told that first they will do diagnosis for the car and call me back. I received a call that they found the problem. They changed the fuses which I expected was the problem and called to let me know that the car is all set to be picked up. As I was talking to Jevon, he told me the heat is still not blowing though! And that if I wanted this fixed, I will bring it another day , I will be charged again diagnosis fee as this would be considered another whole different problem! That's was like a slap on my face! I drove all the way from Wilbraham, and tried to negotiate with Jevon and flatly told me that he will not fix this problem and I then wondered why I would pay another diagnostic fee to be told that motor blower is not working! I requested to speak to the manager-a guy called Tony Alicea who was not helpful at all! He is not compassionate and does not listen to customers! I decided to pay and take the car to Toyota dealer and I was very disappointed to learn that I was exorbitantly charged for changing fuses- 28 dollars for fuses and 300 something for labor!!!!! I took my car to Lia Toyota Wilbraham who were very nice--I explained the problem and they knew right away that blower motor needed to be changed. And by the way, they waived diagnostic fee, replaced the blower motor and got my car back the following day at 8am! I had always had good experience with Honda Curry over the years and this was terrible to say the least! Even after moving from Chicopee to Wilbraham, I have always drove back to Chicopee for service! I know you need to make money but to be told that I would be have to pay fee for another diagnosis after paying the first one-that was horrible! More

I brought my car in because of a recall due to corrosion on the driveshaft. I was taken in right away and told what was going to be done and the amount of time it would take to correct the problem.
