Needed a truck for the teenagers. Went to another dealership only to be reminded what buying cars was like in the 90s. Bait and switch, dishonest, back and forth with some imaginary finance God. Then after 3 hours, they canceled the deal cause I wanted to use my bank which had a rate 3% lower than theirs. (Never go to Richardson Toyota). Well, I should’ve known better. Longo Toyota had already saved me on my previous truck when another dealership wanted to charge me $3k for something Longo saw was under warranty. Didn’t cost me anything. So I got with Tony Bailey (Superman) and the rest is history. No tack on fees, no market adjustment. Just sticker. No games. Just the truck is yours when we get it. Finally got it yesterday and was so grateful for Longo and Tony. Never again will I even bother with another dealership for my purchase or service. These guys run a business like they actually want you to come back. My guys. More
