Everyone in the facility - even salesmen who I may have had to ask directions (or permission to take a snack) were all incredibly polite and helpful. The service department was hands-down, the finest I've had the pleasure of dealing with in years - and finally; the service provided to my Panamera was second to non. It's running.., no.. It's Performing like new! The price was fair and unlike some dealership service departments who sometimes pressure you over to the sales department, these guys found the problem, notified me of the issue, and resolved it in a very timely manner. I received what was promised - and when It was promised. From Tim (the department leadership), and Rachel, my service rep, to Tony and Nelson (the actual hands-on).. You were all Amazing!
