Tony Busuego, as the service manager, handled the issue well. While the service technicians worked to resolve the problem, Tony kept me informed of the attempts to resolve the issue. Dealing with customers with frustrating issues is difficult. I've been there first hand while serving as a manager in a high pressure financial organization. Tony was a true professional while my issue was resolved. Porsche should be glad and reward Tony as the one fronting his team during issues like mine. It is rare to find a person as composed as Tony with irate customers. More
