On cars in stock or already ordered the discount exceeds the AAA suggested discount. I did find the options surprisingly expensive. The sales staff was exceedingly helpful in explaining the options and I never felt pressured. The dealership is clean and the hours convenient. I have yet to experience the service department. He is very patient during the couple of conversations, instruct us what to do, offered us a good price, let us know how to work with Insurance company, so that we got the car that I want very smoothly. The staff working in Clay are all nice and friendly, everyone say hello to you every time, ask you what they can help, offer us the drinks and cookies, the environment is clean, very nice.
