They promised to return it to new car shape ("as if it never happened") but botched the job and created clearly visible body paint work with poorly blended boundaries, paint that blogged together, and an area that was much larger than necessary. After repeated attempts to resolve the situation amicably with fair compensation for a new car now that has noticeable body work, which lowers the value of the car materially, the manager (Tony) and the sales team (Leo and Jess) all stopped responding to me or picking up my calls. This has been a totally unacceptable experience. More

Salesman used certified safety inspection as a selling point with 160 multipoint inspection thinking it was pre certified and it wasn’t. Asked for the car fax and wasn’t given it until after I signed the papers while finance came over and was in my ear. I felt rushed pressured and I feel bad for anyone who services their car here and doesn’t buy brand new. Huge eye opener to a purchase of a 2 year old car. More
