During the installation of some additional options (e. g., door sill protectors), they damaged our brand new Sienna, creating a gouge in the body and paint. They promised to return it to new car shape ("as g., door sill protectors), they damaged our brand new Sienna, creating a gouge in the body and paint. They promised to return it to new car shape ("as if it never happened") but botched the job and created clearly visible body paint work with poorly blended boundaries, paint that blogged together, and an area that was much larger than necessary. After repeated attempts to resolve the situation amicably with fair compensation for a new car now that has noticeable body work, which lowers the value of the car materially, the manager (Tony) and the sales team (Leo and Jess) all stopped responding to me or picking up my calls. This has been a totally unacceptable experience. More

Worst car buying experience. Misrepresentation misleading unreliable bare minimum customer service if any. Presentation of the car was even aweful. Safety issues noted to be fixed and went as minimal as possible, chasing issues to be taken care of and simple important issues seem to be not to their concern. Salesman used certified safety inspection as a selling point with 160 multipoint inspection thinking it was pre certified and it wasn’t. Asked for the car fax and wasn’t given it until after I signed the papers while finance came over and was in my ear. I felt rushed pressured and I feel bad for anyone who services their car here and doesn’t buy brand new. Huge eye opener to a purchase of a 2 year old car. More

Friendly and knowledgeable until they received the deposit. After that point: vehicle received 3 days after agreed date, dealer blamed delays on insurance company until we showed insurance company res deposit. After that point: vehicle received 3 days after agreed date, dealer blamed delays on insurance company until we showed insurance company responded within hours, nail sticking out of tire when supposedly the vehicle just finished inspection?, tried to withhold car mats (told me I can find deals on eBay), only provided 1 key, couldn’t get a call from the general manager and no real concern for my time nor the terrible experience. Lots of excuses. More
