GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Tony, my sales rep, helped me go through every question I had and even explained the benefits and features my car had. This was my first car I bought Tony, my sales rep, helped me go through every question I had and even explained the benefits and features my car had. Very Pleased My husband and I purchased a car 2 years back and was very pleased with Tony Chan. So we decided to come back to Tony Chan to purchase a second vehicle. I must say Tony Chan is by far the best sales man. He works above and beyond to make sure we find what we want. My husband and I were there basically all day test driving cars to find the right one. Tony Chan was patient the whole time. Let me add that he also was busy with other customers as well,but he always made sure we all were taken care of properly. We were very pleased with our overall experience. Chris was also great when it came to financing our car. We will most definitely be returning when it comes to buying another car. We also HIGHLY recommend Tony Chan if you looking for someone that really works with you and that isnt pushy and for a overall great experience. He's the man to go to. 2014 Toyota Tundra Our salesmen Tony Chan was very friendly and polite. He went through all the available options and was very patient showing us their inventory. Great service on a Saturday afternoon My wife and I were car shopping last weekend and saw a featured vehicle online and decided to take it for a test drive. We arrived at the dealership shortly before closing but were met by Tony just after stepping out of the car. He was friendly and courteous and quickly showed us to the car we saw online. After a short test drive we decided this was the car for us and even though it was close to closing Tony stuck around to make sure we got what we needed. More

UsedCar sales at its worst- an awful experience I was not expecting to find a car that day, even though I had planned to buy one within the next 6 weeks. I was there because my partner was returning I was not expecting to find a car that day, even though I had planned to buy one within the next 6 weeks. I was there because my partner was returning a leased vehicle. I ended up finding the car of my dreams! Unfortunately, the whole experience after the test drive was Used Car sales at its worst. I had explained that I was not in the position to buy that day, because my partner was having serious surgery the next day. Tony, the salesman, did not ever seem to hear or acknowledge that fact. He did say I could put the car on hold for a small deposit, which he assured me would be there when I returned. After hours at the dealership haggling about the price, and trying to get information about loan payment amounts at different rates and down payments so I would know what I was getting into (Tony insisting that couldn't be done, but finally getting it done) I signed an intent to purchase and we left with the understanding that I would be calling later in the week with an update. Tony called before my partner was out of the hospital- insisting on knowing how much I would put down, and when I would be there. After a second call like that, I've determined I can not buy a car from this salesman or this dealership. My partner called to lodge a complaint this morning and was told by a manager that the check was cashed and they never just "hold" a car. No apology for the treatment, no acknowledgement of the complaint against the salesperson. I can come by with proof of the cashed check from the bank and they will issue a refund. I will return for that, but despite the fact that I loved the car, I will not support this business and their practices. All in all, an awful experience. More
