Tony is great! Finance guy Noman not so much! Only giving 5 stars because of Tony. This is the 2nd car Tony has helped me purchase and as a family we have purchased 4 cars from this dealership. To Only giving 5 stars because of Tony. This is the 2nd car Tony has helped me purchase and as a family we have purchased 4 cars from this dealership. Tony never pressures you and let’s you test drive as many cars as you want. Great sense of humor! This is however the first time I am disappointed and upset with my purchase on financing side. Noman, Yeah was courteous, kind and respectful(which they have to be) but also pushy and sneaky. Initially said no to any extra coverage or warranty because they can offer it to you but you can decline. After I initially said no to everything he convinced me to get the gap insurance, which I was OK with. He then said he would talk to his boss about the warranty renewal because I declined that. He walks away comes back a few minutes later and says “he’s going to renew your warranty”. Says he would cover everything for three years at the 36,000 miles or so whatever it was that he said. So I was like great that’s awesome!Didn’t think anything of it.It was a Saturday I was absolutely the last customer there. They closed at five it was already close to 7 PM and I felt a little rushed. So I didn’t get to thoroughly read all my paperwork as I normally do. Two weeks later I get a letter in the mail about some warranty transfer. This made me pull out all my paperwork and go through it. Something I should have done from the beginning, but with my busy schedule just did not have the time Come to find out what I thought was a free warranty renewal was not free at all. Again my fault for not reading my paperwork throughly Like I normally do but because this is not my first purchase with them I wouldn’t think I would have anything to worry about because I trust what people tell me to my face and all my other purchases have been that way where what they tell me is what is on the paperwork. To my surprise I see additional charges for the gap insurance that I agreed to get plus charges for care package and warranty package A cost an additional services that I did not agree to purchase that I was made to believe I was receiving for free as a courtesy. So I had to go in person and have this taken care of. I was so infuriated that I would be taken advantage of this way. This is the first time this has been done to me out of all my visits and purchases there. So it’s quite disappointing. So of course now because of all the additional charges my monthly payment was higher than I wanted it to be and they tell me they can cancel all these extra services but my monthly payment won’t change just the total cost of the purchase so I’ll have to Take more time out of my schedule after cancellation is And the refund is processed to refinance to the amount that it should be or should have been from the beginning. So a caution to everyone READ Everything before you sign !!!look at all the totals before you sign and if something doesn’t look right have it corrected immediately. I know it was last day of the month and they were trying to get their numbers in to make their sales for the month but to do this to a repeated customer Shows that all that really mattered was making that sale and throwing more cost on top of that sale, not really caring about the budget that you want to stick with.Truly disappointed and know better to ever do my financing through them again. Should have gone directly to one my banks first. Do your own financing first before going to make a purchase , less hassle. It truly pisses me off that this kind of stuff happens, JUST BE HONEST! HONESTY goes a long way. No one likes being lied or sneaked into something. Do better! More

Never Again!!! On the evening of July 10th my wife and I had to desperately find a car due to my son's transmission failing. Unfortunately for us it was getting dark On the evening of July 10th my wife and I had to desperately find a car due to my son's transmission failing. Unfortunately for us it was getting dark and really couldn't get a good look at the body of the Nissan we were told several times after asking more than twice if it was clean. We were not able to take it home that night due to the time, so we came back the next afternoon at 4:30 or so. Weirdly there was someone almost waiting for us. We even moved in the lot to go into a different door and were followed by the same gentleman. He asked who we were looking for and took us inside. We did all the paperwork and still asked about the integrity of the car. Clean car fax is the answer we always got. We took the car home and unfortunately the next morning, not even 12 hours after signing a 8 point deer hit the passenger side of the Nissan. When I got to work and the sun was out I could see what was sold.to me. I've hit many deer in my life and know the damage that they can make but never have had 1 to 2 square feet of metal quarter panel taken off. Well it just so happens that the rear passenger quarter panel was patched with more than a quarter inch of bondo and I also discovered that the whole passenger side has been repainted unprofessionally!! I sent photos to the salesman and called him immediately after discovering all this and got a answer that it was primer. I've never seen primer applied that thick in my life being a sheet metal shop foreman. He then said a manager would contact me very soon. After an hour or so I finally got a call to here from him to tell me that 65 to 75 percent of all used cars go to the body shop and legally they don't have to disclose that to the buyer. I realize that as a buyer you have to be aware of what you are purchasing, but I also think that honesty in a large corporation is expected. Everyone that saw my car that day was floored that it passed there so called inspection by there certified mechanics. There was still pieces of masking tape on the lower bumper and the rear window from the poor paint job along with over spray on the door handles. Customer service later that day after 30.minutes of conversation told my wife "Mam it is your car now and your problem" wow!! There deal to me was to claim it on insurance and they would then inspect the car again to determine if they would buy it back from me. The body shop repairs totalled over 4500 and at least 1/3 of that cost was due to 12 hours of work on the quarter panel with the bondo. Why would I go back and risk them telling me the car was worth less than the original deal. All I wanted was for them to take the car and fix it however they wished, which we all know is cheaper for them, and give me my trade in and deposit back. That wasn't the case!! They never said the didn't know and never said they did but anyone who could of seen this vehicle in daylight would have known. Lesson learned is don't buy in a panic and never buy when it is getting dark and even when you asked for honesty you more than likely won't get an honest answer. At least I guess I have the side of the car that was hacked together repaired professionally. I will never go back, not even for the maintenance plan I also purchased. More

Same amazing help from the people that work here. Had the chance of working with Mike Walters who helped us test drive a few cars, and after a week, unfortunately Mike was out so I had the pleasure of working with Tony Chan who was just as respectful as Mike. Phil Lo was great and efficient in explaining the financial throughout the process of purchasing my 2014 Camry. All three of them are courteous and respectful. The two salesmen were understanding of my circumstances and needs in purchasing a new car, and Phil made explaining the numbers a breeze. Looking forward to the 7th someday! More

We left Princeville Illinois in the afternoon got there about 6pm, after dark, viewed the car, test drove, and bought it. Got home the next day and in the day light found we liked our purchase even more than we first thought. We knew we could trust Wilde because of our very first experience with them. Lied to our faces We were shopping for a replacement vehicle for our old Corolla. We were pre-approved by our credit union financing at a great rate. We stated very clearly multiple times that we didn't want our credit ran and we were going with our credit union for financing. Tony Chan, our salesman, insisted that we had to fill out a credit check form. We were outright lied to that "This is just the form we use to get the information for the paperwork." The sales manager even said the same and backed him up. However, checking our credit today showed a hard credit inquiry by Wilde Toyota in December of 2016. Because of this we will never buy another vehicle from Wilde Toyota. The two people we had interaction with straight up lied to us. I'm planning on filing a complaint with the BBB, the FTC, and the state Attorney General. While legally they could run the credit ethically it was dirty. More

I want to clarify and say that it's no one's fault that I had to wait it was because my credit is bad. However, Wilde did what no other dealership could do for me and took the time to get me the car I wanted. I went to several others Rosen had me sitting for 5 hours and treated me poorly after they ran my credit and Russ darrow metro Mart ran my credit and then told me what car they could finance me for didn't even let me choose and after untold them I wasn't interested in a mini Cooper because they have known engine problems never got a call back. I only spent an hour it may have been even less going through the test drive and finance paperwork and when they told me it needed more time they sent me home and continued to keep me updated so I didn't have to sit around and wait and by the next morning I was driving out in my new 2014 Scion tC and I couldn't be happier with the car in the service I got there. To Tony Chan and the finance guys and Wilde THANK YOU! For treating me with respect, being so patient and understanding and most of all for all your hard work getting me into the car of my dreams! More
