I'm torn on this rating because buying a used car at Wilde was both an excellent and dreadful experience. On the positive side, a huge selection of fine new and pre-owned cars at fair prices--I got a ve Wilde was both an excellent and dreadful experience. On the positive side, a huge selection of fine new and pre-owned cars at fair prices--I got a very good deal on a low mileage used sedan. In addition, our finance person, Ken, was fantastic--he really went above and beyond to work through some challenges with my credit and I greatly appreciated his extra effort, humor, and respect. But without him, I probably would have given it 1 star because our salesperson, Tony, did next to nothing, and sat there right in front of me making repeated lewd comments to my elderly BIOLOGICAL father (who was there as a cosigner) about how nice it was that I had a sugar daddy and what was our sugar daddy/baby relationship like, and about his friend who has a sugar baby AND a wife and how did my dad juggle it (my MOTHER, my dad's only wife of over 50 years passed away not long ago). I was livid, but didn't say anything because I knew my dad was already late for a rehearsal and I could tell he wasn't really listening anyway (he's a bit hard of hearing being over 80), and I didn't want to embarass him. As an added bonus, Tony forgot to write down the 100 downpayment I made over the phone (Ken remembered and added it!) and then told me there was a full tank of gas when it was actually almost on empty. As I pulled away, I saw him snickering with some buddies and I shuddered thinking about the poor women who have to work in that environment. More

Recently bought a SUV at Wilde and had a great experience. Did some shopping in a driving rainstorm on Friday and got some help from Tony who walked around with us in that crazy weather. We came back the next day to test drive some vehicles and he had them all ready to go running with the AC turned on high. Outstanding experience and Tony was very easy to work with and friendly. Had a great experience with Q in financing as well. I've bought a car here many times before and worked with Q previously. Very pleasant to work with and extremely knowledgeable. Didn't feel like I was being pressured to buy anything but I was very happy with the additional package I got. There are endless forms to sign but he made the process great and my wife and I enjoyed the experience. I would highly recommend Q and if I buy another car there I will request him for the financing part. Very professional and the kind of person you want taking care of you. Explained everything in a clear way and moved the process right along. Great experience at Wilde!!! More
