Working with Tyler Richey was a wonderful buying experience. I came in with 1 need in mind and that was SPACE. He showed my wife and I multiple vehicles with patience and professionalism. I did not feel rushed, scammed or just another sale. I took my time as a protector of both my finances and family. I left happy and overly satisfied with the purchased we made to transport all 4 of our kids in. Im normally resistant to salesmen but Tyler didnt come off as one. He listened, built rapport and although he didnt feel well worked about a total of 3 hours with us. My 4 yr old was impatient but he gave up his work space to make sure little man was good. Paper and a pen did the trick. I would recommend anyone needing a vehicle to him if complete satisfaction is what you're use to. We went in looking BUT came out rolling!!!! We traded our beloved Camry in with enough funds left over to apply to the new vehicle price. What a WIN!!!! More

Our experience with Kia of Hickory was great! I was nervous about going to look at vehicles because most salesmen are pretty pushy and that is a Big turn off on buying a car. I was prepared to leave shortly after arriving if we experienced that but Tony Clarke was our salesman and he was really Great to work with and we left with a new vehicle that day! He wasn't pushy and was very informative on the vehicle we were looking for. Answered any question we had and even went over everyhing in the vehicle to make sure we knew how to work and setup everything inside before we left the lot. I would Highly recommend Tony Clarke if looking to purchase a vehicle! More
