Purchasing a vehicle has never been a difficult thing for me, either before I entered the business, nor since I left it some years ago.. In fact, I've always found puchasing/leasing a new vehicle to be a very easy and pleasurable undertaking. I wish to congratulate the entire staff that I met during my recent experience at Elkins Chevrolet. Hats off to Adam Elkins for being the consummate professional during the entire sales process and also to my salesperson Tony Dillard for all of his help during the transaction. Even the operators/receptionists were supremely friendly and handled any phone contact in a professional manner. 'Deb', in particular, comes to mind. From my initial greeting by Tony 'D.', my interaction while negotiating a great deal with Mr. Elkins, the preparation of my new vehicle for its delivery to me, and the actual delivery itself, all were as enjoyable as can be. With the entire sales process going so smoothly, I expect to find that any service visits to Elkins will follow the very same path.
