Best Experience Ever! I have dealt with so many dealers during my years and hands down, Elkins Chevrolet has surpassed them all. A truly pleasant experience while purchasing my new 'Chevy'. Let me start off by saying that I've run multiple dealerships at the very same time during the course of my career in the automobile business. Purchasing a vehicle has never been a difficult thing for me, either before I entered the business, nor since I left it some years ago.. In fact, I've always found puchasing/leasing a new vehicle to be a very easy and pleasurable undertaking. I wish to congratulate the entire staff that I met during my recent experience at Elkins Chevrolet. Hats off to Adam Elkins for being the consummate professional during the entire sales process and also to my salesperson Tony Dillard for all of his help during the transaction. Even the operators/receptionists were supremely friendly and handled any phone contact in a professional manner. 'Deb', in particular, comes to mind. From my initial greeting by Tony 'D.', my interaction while negotiating a great deal with Mr. Elkins, the preparation of my new vehicle for its delivery to me, and the actual delivery itself, all were as enjoyable as can be. With the entire sales process going so smoothly, I expect to find that any service visits to Elkins will follow the very same path. GREAT EXPERIENCE IT WAS THE BEST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD BUYING A NEW CAR. EVERYONE WAS NICE AND WARM. THEY ASKED MY WIFE AND I IF WE WANTED BOTTLED WATER, COFFEE OR IT WAS THE BEST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD BUYING A NEW CAR. EVERYONE WAS NICE AND WARM. THEY ASKED MY WIFE AND I IF WE WANTED BOTTLED WATER, COFFEE OR TEA. IT MADE US FEEL VERY RELAXED AND COMFORTABLE. OUR SALES PERSON, TONY WAS THE BEST. HE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND NEVER PUSHY. will never recommend family or friends I came there trusting Tony and his company and was left in the cold I was actually crying on the phone to the manager and he apologize several times f I came there trusting Tony and his company and was left in the cold I was actually crying on the phone to the manager and he apologize several times for Mr Dillard very poor communication to keep me in the loop to let me know something but he just did my credit app with a hard inquiry and that was it the was the worst sales experience I ever had to buy my first new car never leave a potential customers with unanswered questions it a lonely feeling More
