Elkins Chevrolet = a sweet dream when buying a new car! After 13 years it was time to look for a new car. I delayed the inevitable as long as possible, because I dreaded the process after hearing horror stories from friends about their experiences with dealers. Elkins Chevrolet was clearly the opposite. From the initial phone call and meeting with Tony, to completing the finance forms with Bob, the employees at Elkins were friendly, honest and willing to work with you to get the best deal. Thank you Tony, Bob, and Jeff! Loving the Traverse and will highly recommend you to others :) More

Traded in our Equinox for the Cruze. We went to dealer for service on our Equinox. We were told we would have to leave it to determine the problem. We walked around showroom looking at vehicles and really liked the Chevy Cruz. Salesman and Adam were awesome and so very helpful. Traded in the Equinox and purchased the Cruz that day and took it home with us. Awesome dealership More

From the moment we stepped into the building until we drove off in my pre-certified Chevrolet Cruze, the staff was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. Our salesman, Tony Dillard, was phenomenal! He went out of his way to make us comfortable and took as much time as needed to close the deal and go the extra mile. He set up the OnStar for me, then my Bluetooth, and explained all of the benefits that the dealership offers to their family of customers. We truly felt the warmth of a "family dealership" which was such a breath of fresh air. The benefits he described (such as a "pit stop") were not expected at all but very much appreciated. To say the least, we will definitely recommend Elkins Chevrolet (and Tony Dillard in particular) whenever we get the chance! More
