From the moment we stepped into the building until we drove off in my pre-certified Chevrolet Cruze, the staff was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. Our salesman, Tony Dillard, was phenomenal! He went out of his way to make us comfortable and took as much time as needed to close the deal and go the extra mile. He set up the OnStar for me, then my Bluetooth, and explained all of the benefits that the dealership offers to their family of customers. We truly felt the warmth of a "family dealership" which was such a breath of fresh air. The benefits he described (such as a "pit stop") were not expected at all but very much appreciated. To say the least, we will definitely recommend Elkins Chevrolet (and Tony Dillard in particular) whenever we get the chance! More
