I especially appreciated having to make an appointment for my needs; instead of the usual first come-first served option, as it enabled me to schedule errands with a friend, which covered your company's servicing time for both appointments. You know I don't know the names of the receptionist who scheduled my appointments; or the one who printed off a rebate form for me; or the service rep who found the tire number for me so I could complete my rebate submission online; but they were instrumental in ensuring my experience was stress-free. I wish there was some way yo let them know I appreciated their customer service too. Overall. it was a shining example of what teamwork is all about. Lastly, not having freshly popped popcorn and hot coffee and Cocoa, helped me to appreciate how well taken care of we are while we wait. Thank you for caring. More

Great place to do business This is my fifth or sixth car I have leased thru Andrew Chevrolet. I have specifically dealt with 2 sales people over the years, but the last 4 cars with Larry Pelman. He is first class in all aspects of what he does. Great personality, explains everything, no high pressure, gets you the best deal, especially when you are a return customer like I am, etc. Going thru the finance portion has gone effortlessly (always helps to have a good credit rating), and that is a big plus also. On the service side of this review, when I have gone in for anything (mostly routine maintenance), the guys and gals back there treat you right and get you out as quickly as possible. I have been to many dealerships over the years and have had less than a "good experience" with the sales people, but the people I have dealt with at Andrew make you feel comfortable, and that makes everything go smoothly. More
