I had an absolute horrible experience at Weston Nissan. Fay and Tony were extremely rude and unprofessional. I had a coupon for a 39.99 oil change. However when I dropped of the keys they claimed there was Fay and Tony were extremely rude and unprofessional. I had a coupon for a 39.99 oil change. However when I dropped of the keys they claimed there was no such coupon. I don’t appreciate the bait and switch. They made me pay $70 and said to make up for it they would vcacuum my car.
