2020 Tucson Sport Purchase Experience Everyone that I dealt with was extremely friendly and professional. This includes Henry setting up my visit, Tony assisting me thru the entire purchasing process, Jorge working out the sales price, incentives and finalizing the purchase with Yustin. I want to especially thank Tony Frazier for listening to our needs and being there, as mentioned, thru the entire process. Throughly explained all the operating fucntions of the 2 vechicles we were interested in. He made sure to give me a complete tour of the dealership including the parts and service departments. In the past, buying a new car has never been a good experience for me, filled with unnecessary price negotations and unwanted high pressure sales tactics. This buying experience was excellent and the customer service that I received was outstanding. More
