Recall nitice Took my car in for a recall notice. I arranged a wait appointment, and they took my car on time, finish the inspection for the recall very quickly, an Took my car in for a recall notice. I arranged a wait appointment, and they took my car on time, finish the inspection for the recall very quickly, and even sent a technician video of the car itself with the technician speaking about what he found. Excellent way of informing the customer about what’s going on, and also alerted me to the fact that my car would soon be out to take home. Great overall experience. More

Excellent, Painless Process Honestly, I haven't bought a car in 11 years, and the experience hadn't always been easy. I was kind of dreading the car buying process. But then we came to North Penn Mazda, and were greeted outside by Tony Hamilton, who quickly took our information and got us in a CX3 for a test drive. We came back, and got some quick preliminary information from Tony. We made an appointment a few days later to look at the CX3 that we were interested in and that evening we came to an agreement for the new car. It was so easy, painless, and just a very positive experience. I have already started recommending the dealership and Tony to some of my friends & co-workers. We would definitely come back...we are so happy with our new car! More
