For several years North Penn Mazda's Service Dept service reps, mechanics & techs have been great to work with in handling all of our service issues. For several years they have serviced three Mazda's we have owned and we have found all their dealings to be fair and reasonable. I always sit in the customer waiting area while waiting for my car to be serviced and over the years I have heard many favorable comments from other customers. They never try to pressure you into making unnecessary repairs. We purchased three Mazda's from Tony Hamilton and he has also treated us with respect and has always given us excellent deals when purchasing our cars.and most importantly - no pressure!!
