I recently leased a 2013 Mazda from NorthPenn Mazda and could not be happier with my experience. Previously I want to Faulkner Mazda to see their offers. Tony Hamilton was quick to respond to my emails and any questions I had regarding the price, and worked to get the numbers I was interested in. Dan Oestreich, Ray Manto, and Jason Hartman took great care of me once I was in the dealership. They explained everything thoroughly, taking into consideration it was my first time. They were patient with my questions and really tried to get me the best deal. I left the dealership with a 2013 Mazda 3 Sport yesterday, and received a call from Ray today stating they were still working to get me a lower monthly payment. When I finally went into the dealer, my car was at the door ready to test drive. Tony and Jason were both very honest and helped answer all my questions and concerns. I was debating between higher models, and they did not push or pressure me into a more expensive model or anything I did not want. I was offered high trade-in value on my old car, and with the extremely low financing rates, I walked away happy to be spending less than I even expected.
