From the very beginning Taylor made this whole process just easy. She had everything set for our test drive, and was with us through the whole process. I’ve been on the market for a Subaru for my daughter’s first car for over a month & I’ve sent inquiries to a number of dealers in my area but none came close with the attention I received from Taylor Ates first car for over a month & I’ve sent inquiries to a number of dealers in my area but none came close with the attention I received from Taylor Ates. She listened to my needs, answered all my questions in a timely manner & was very flexible accommodating with my work schedule. She even made a video so I can show my wife the car I was interested in. Best of all, she made a very special day for my daughter when we picked up the car this past weekend. She pretended just to show a blue car since that was my daughter’s favorite color. Taylor put a red bow on a blue Crosstrek & handed my daughter the car keys! It was a memory of a lifetime. I highly recommend contacting her if you are shopping for a vehicle. Five Star Subaru of Grapevine has a fantastic employee who knows how to take care of their customers. More
