You don't feel the "sales" pressure or harassment. We dealt with two sales people, Jennifer and Jon, and they worked like a team instead of a competition. Having some 20+ years of buying performance cars, I was impressed by how unique this dealer The name says it all: Five Star Subaru of Grapevine... Having some 20+ years of buying performance cars, I was impressed by how unique this dealership is; where all (as in All... since I interacted with sales, finance, service, & parts; I even, mistakenly, barged into the GM's office; he was kind enough to receive me and call one of his sales team to assist me. In fact, I have never been to a car dealership where everybody really strived to provide good customer-service, consistent with the guidelines of Five Star Subaru; it is obvious that this top-down, customer-oriented approach, makes Five Star Subaru 'The Number One' choice, transcending all car dealerships! Being a long-standing fan of WRXs & STIs, I went there for the cars... But ended up liking the people as well. Luckily, and very truly, that is the reality of shopping cars at Five Star Subaru of Grapevine. No wonder, they are at the top: if the Sam Pack Auto Group keeps earning awards, it is because of the impeccable people who work there (Toni, Stephen, Frankie, Marcus, Mike & James...) Besides, what impressed me most was the efficiency of their staff: all employees are working, with no idle/down-time; there are NO secretaries/gate-keepers doing nothing, while walking around and smiling... Therefore, words are never enough to express my praise; by now, it is very clear that Five Star Subaru of Grapevine is my Automotive Paradise (and my best) car-buying experience ever: Competence, topped by courtesy. Money negotiations is very smooth and drama-free (no games, or hustling; all prices are on-line... and voilà). Very simply: Try it to believe it! More

Best & Fastest car buying experience ever This was the best and fastest car buying experience every. It took a few email exchanges with Joey Edwards, Internet Sales on a Friday afternoon even This was the best and fastest car buying experience every. It took a few email exchanges with Joey Edwards, Internet Sales on a Friday afternoon evening to agree on a price and pick up time the next day. The car i selected was still on the truck when Joey went to find it. He was able to get the windows tinted and door guards in place by noon on Saturday when I showed up to pickup the car. The best part was from the time I entered the Subaru of Grapevine dealership till I drove off was less than an hour. My wife and I met with Joey who had all the paperwork ready for us to sign. Then he sent us off to test drive the car while the Finance person got freeded up. So my wife and i spent a little over 20 minutes driving around Grapevine. When we got back, we spent about five minutes talking with Tony H. till Finance was free. In Finance in Freddy V., we ended up spending more time waiting for our check to get approved then we did in signing paper work. Once they approved us, Joey again thanks us for our time and presented us with our new owners manual and walked us out to our new car. Since then we've had followup emails from Tony, Joey and the Service Dept. Like I said in the beginning of this review, fastest and easiest car buying experience ever. My wife and I talked about returning here for our next Subaru, even though we're relocating to North Carolina. More
