Dustin made sure I understood how to operate the vehicle and toured the facility which was very clean, even in the area where the automobiles are worked on. We eventually decided on the Outback and literally bought it off the showroom floor. Joey was exceptionally thorough and patient and did not pressure us in any way. We were treated like VIPs and I feel like we got a really good deal on a vehicle that is in great demand and we are extremely pleased. We drove a little farther than we had to and we are glad we did. I originally went to another dealership, and was disappointed that they didn’t have the model I was looking for. I called Five Star as I left, and was told they not only had the specific model I wanted, but that they would pull it up front and have it waiting for me upon my arrival. The moment I stepped in the door I felt welcome and comfortable, and it made the entire process stress-free. Everyone I spoke to was extremely friendly and helpful, but Jennifer Schauer went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase and my experience. I cannot recommend this dealership and their staff enough! More
