The service department is lacking skilled technicians and service advisors who are able to follow through and complete their job. Took multiple visits to have the same concerns address and they unable to co service advisors who are able to follow through and complete their job. Took multiple visits to have the same concerns address and they unable to correct them. Service department lacks process, follow through, and wastes time. Also causes minor damage to my vehicle said they’ll take care of it and don’t seem to remember when it’s time to make good. Would not recommend using this service department. More

Excellent Sales & Service We have been purchasing Cadillac’s from Brogan Cadillac for quite some time. My grandparents started in the 1950’s with a Cadillac from Brogan’s deale We have been purchasing Cadillac’s from Brogan Cadillac for quite some time. My grandparents started in the 1950’s with a Cadillac from Brogan’s dealership in Paterson. We continue to purchase from Brogan because of their wonderful sales and service staff. Our service advisor, Tony, goes above and beyond, making sure our vehicles are always cared for. The GM, TJ, and Sales Manager, Rocky, always make sure we receive the best price possible. This time around we obtained a new Sales Rep, Alex. Alex made the entire process as smooth as possible and found the perfect SUV for our needs. Yet again, Brogan went above and beyond and that is why we will continue to return. Thank you! More

Relaxed and honest no BS. I have been a Brogan customer since 2000 when I purchased my 2001 Eldorado. The XT5 was my third purchase from Brogan. TONY IDONE has always been m I have been a Brogan customer since 2000 when I purchased my 2001 Eldorado. The XT5 was my third purchase from Brogan. TONY IDONE has always been my service advisor. I trust him. He refects great credit on himself and Brogan and this is why I consulted TONY who recommended Alex Santos for my new car purchase. Alex has a very polite and respectful demeanor and of course, he's extremely knowledgeable about the product he is selling. When my wife is ready to trade in her 2011 CTS we will be back. More

Friendly and helpful staff Eventhough i really started hating my brand new $95k escalade because it's horrible suspension problems ,i m over all satisfied with the Brogan Cadill Eventhough i really started hating my brand new $95k escalade because it's horrible suspension problems ,i m over all satisfied with the Brogan Cadillac's service. They replaced the front shocks of my 13K miles truck but they should ve replaced the rear shocks also cause i still have the same horrible bumpy ride even after the front schocks got replaced.I would not blame Brogan Cadillac because of the technical issue caused by manufacturing fault by the GM... Dennis Sloyan was the salesperson who ultimately sold me on the cadillac. To me Brogan Cadillac is the crown jewel of the cadillac dealerships and both Dennis Sloyan and Cliff Bebee exemplify what Cadillac is all about. Attention to detail, knowledgeable and commitment to my needs are what makes Dennis and Cliff the best team I have ever worked with and I have purchased many vehicles over my lifetime. Dennis Madigan Rocks! Just picked up my second Cadillac from Brogan Cadillac and Dennis was my salesperson on both. Great showroom, excellent servicecenter, and very responsive. The whole team at Brogan was very attentive right through getting lease paperwork done and final delivery. Tire Repair I had a slow leak in my tire and had to call Roadside Assistance. Service was outstanding!
