You lied to me that there was too much radeon gas in the system and got $277 for it. I read the Cadillac forums after the service. When the battery was dead, this problem was solved and the need to remove the battery cables and plug them back in was solving the problem. You lied to me and took my money undeservedly. I do not trust you. You are making fools of people who trust you. You steal money from those who come to you by doing something that is not necessary to take their money.

You may want to run an honest business, but are all of your employees honest? My car is 2019 and still under warranty. There was no problem with the AC and no repairs were made. When the battery ran out, hot air started coming from the AC, I'm sure of that. It was a given reason to take money from me. The battery has been tested and found the battery is good and there is no charge for it but they received more than the Faultless AC. Two days later I had the same problem again. I started my car with jump start. The AC was blowing hot again, I unplugged the battery cables and plugged them back in. The AC started working normally. Then I went and bought a new battery and changed it, no problem. Let your honest employees read the GM forums. Maybe they'll have more logical excuses and learn something. No matter what you say as an administrator, I will not forgive the injustice done to me. I will warn my acquaintances and friends not to go to you.
